ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Theo Lynch and I’m a New Yorker studying Stage Management and Technical Theatre at the Lir! I spend my weekends being a media nerd and spending time with friends. Fun fact about me is that I have three younger siblings between the ages of 17 and 18.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
During my gap year (Jan 2023-June 2023), I nannied for a family with a 6yr old and a 9yr old for part of the week and for a family with a 10yr old for the other part of the week. For part of summer 2023 and all of summer 2022, I was an overnight camp counselor for all-male, all-gender, and all-female cabins of up to 9 kids. I worked with kids ranging from 7-14 but primarily worked with 9-10 yr olds. In secondary school, I also worked as a teaching assistant for kids around age 6.

I am First Aid and AED certified several times over, a former lifeguard, and have received basic training in children’s mental health. At the camp I worked at, I worked with a number of neurodivergent kids and was often given the cabins with higher needs kids. I have experience as well with queer kids.

WHAT I’M INTERESTED IN
Any kids that are potty trained! Once they’re out of nappies, I’m available.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY
As an SMTT student, some weeks I am free on weekdays after 17:00 but my schedule can be inconsistent. Generally, I have weekends free.

LOCATION
Based in the Docklands, willing to go anywhere up to an hour away.

NOTES:
I can certainly handle several kids at once but past two kids rates will be higher and past three kids I’d need a warning so I can mentally prepare myself. If the place isn’t accessible by bus or Luas, cost of my taxi will be added to the rate. Also, Revolut doesn’t believe my American driver’s license is real and has kicked me out of the app entirely so please pay me in cash!
